Meredith! I am delighted to find your podcast!!! The combination of your teaching skills and your knowledge is just what I need!! You explain clearly, your episodes are enjoyable, and if I was near Kansas City, I would be headed to your dealership! Well done! I will happily give 5-star reviews. Yesterday I bought a 2021 Subaru Outback. I was looking for a Crosstrek because my kids love Subarus and you love the Crosstrek. But it didn’t have the capacity I need for hauling grandkids. The Outback does. It’s overwhelming to shop for cars and thanks for helping me think through budget, understand AWD, and learn lots about other topics. Keep up the great work. Question: should I have bought the complete warranty? Added $2570 to the price. Would have provided insurance for 3 years. How do you decide? We have power train coverage for 5 years and 60,000 miles.
